STEP 1
Firstly, type in the area that you would like to visit and SELECT one of the options from the drop down menu .
Note: Please type in the area that you would like to visit and NOT the hotel or resort name.
STEP 2
Once you’ve selected the area from the drop down options, choose the date/s that you would like to check in.
STEP 3
Next, select the date that you would like to check out of your accommodation. Dates selected between your “Check-In” and “Check-Out” will determine the length of your stay.
STEP 4
Finally, select the number of adults and kids that will be accompanying you on your holiday. This will allow our system to provide you with room options with adequate space for you and your companions.
Click on 'SEARCH' once you have set your criteria.
Note: In the instance where your party exceeds 10 people, you are advised to limit the number of adults in your search criteria and book two or more rooms to accommodate the sleeping arrangements of your guests. Search results are based on resort availability in relation to your booking dates.
STEP 5
You will now be presented with a list of resorts based on your search parameters. Be sure to go through the list of options to find the one most suitable resort for your holiday needs.
Note: The results will only display the resorts which can accommodate your party size and date selection. If the hotel you are hoping to book does not display any availability, it means that the hotel cannot accommodate you and your party during these dates.
STEP 6
Click on the 'Property Information' button to view images of your selected accommodation as well as information about the resort, guest ratings and a map to help you find your way there.
STEP 7
Click the 'Show Rooms' tab to reveal the standard price and the member price.
Adjust the slider to choose the amount of VBux that you would like to spend on your booking. The amount of VBux you choose to spend will affect the final price of your booking, i.e. the more VBux you contribute, the lower the price you will pay.
STEP 8
Select the 'BOOK NOW' and then the 'View Cart' button to advance to the next step of confirming your booking.
STEP 9
You will now be presented with your itinerary which will display your selected resort, price and our Terms and Conditions.
Ensure the pre-filled information in the 'Primary Traveller' section is correct before scrolling down. This automatic member detail allocation is added to the booking that a member makes when logged in.
STEP 10
Select the box to agree to our terms and conditions and click on 'Continue' to proceed to the next page.
STEP 11
Fill in your contact information as prompted and select 'Continue' to proceed to the next step.
STEP 12
Almost there! Fill in your card information in the required fields and click on 'Continue'.
STEP 13
You’re booked, it’s that easy! Look out for a confirmation email that has been sent to your inbox containing your booking information.
